PASSIVe House PILOT PROJECT

The PHTEC is was pilot project, which was built as a multi-functional building for conferences, seminars, training sessions, lectures, office- and residential use in the German-Chinese Eco Park in Qingdao. The building refers to a boulder (individually very large lying stone), because these occur frequently in the area of Qingdao.
The Experience Center is regarded as the pilot project for passive house construction in the German-Chinese Eco Park. It is used, among other things, as the office of the "Siemens Demonstration Center for Energy Saving" and as a branch of the "State (Chinese) Technology Park in the International Economic Zone".
